Steve Metcalfe was a contributing co-author to Multiple Streams of Inspiration Volume II, in which he wrote about the obstacles that face travelers in today's security-conscious environment.
Steve Metcalfe was also a contributing co-author to the 2009 book, Multiple Streams of Inspiration Volume III. In this issue Steve unleashed his true passions of traveling and the finer things in life that have enhanced the quality of his and his families lives.
Currently Steve is working as a geophysicist, having worked offshore the past 16 years on research vessels, imaging the structures beneath the ocean floor for oil companies in pursuit of tomorrow's oil and gas fields.
He has worked all over the world, from Tasmania in Australia to the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, West and East Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar and South Korea. Steve also worked in India, Africa, Brazil, Mexico, Norway, the United States and Canada. Steve currently works for BOS International Ltd., a company of Bergen Oilfield Services, Bergen, Norway.
The offshore lifestyle has allowed Steve to experience 16 years of "holidays," as he typically spends close to six months per year on vacation.
Vacation has become Steve's lifestyle and now passion as he endorses the vacation membership available at his site.
